MegaJobs.co.nz has made it simple to manage your current, draft and expired listings from The Business Hub. With each listing categorised into different tabs, you can easily keep track of listings to edit, review and activate.
Current listings are listings you have activated and are now visible to potential candidates who can apply. To view your current job listings, navigate to The Business Hub located at the top of the website. From here, check that you are viewing the 'Current Listings' tab and you will see all your active listings from which you can edit as well as view applicants and matching profiles.
Draft listings are listings that haven't been completed or paid for yet. To view your draft listings, navigate to The Business Hub located at the top of the website and select the 'Draft Listings' tab. This section contains all job listings that you have started and saved before exiting, which allows you to revisit them at any point in the future and continue editing, or list the job once you're ready.
Expired listings are listings that have reached their expiry date (determined by the type of listing you have created - see How Long Will My Job Listing Be Active for?). To view your expired listings, navigate to The Business Hub located at the top of the website and select the 'Expired Listings' tab. This section contains all prior listings that have been live for the full period they're valid for, enabling you to easily re-list or update the role, should you require.
