How Do I Upload My Own Or Create a New C.V.?

Having an up-to-date C.V. that professionally reflects your skills and work experiences is vital to getting shortlisted and interviewed. The biggest barrier to finding employment and securing your dream job is either having no C.V. or a C.V. that is letting you down. Common errors include: sections missing, incorrect formatting, out-of-date references, an unprofessional layout or inaccurate information. 

Creating a MegaJobs C.V. for Life

Creating a MegaJobs C.V. (which we call your C.V. for Life) means you’ll have a C.V. that reflects exactly what employers want to see. 

To create a new C.V., navigate to the C.V. Builder page located at the top of the website. Alternatively, you can create a new MegaJobs C.V. within the My C.V.s tab of the My Profile page (also located at the top of the website). They will be stored within the 'Your MegaJobs C.V.s' section for future use.

Note: We strongly recommend against filling out your C.V. for Life by copy-pasting text into the C.V. Builder fields. This is because hidden text formatting may be carried over from other programs like Microsoft Word, unbeknownst to you, which could lead to problems when applying for jobs.

Uploading an Existing C.V.

C.V.s can be added from within the My Profile page located at the top of the website. After selecting the My C.V.s tab, click the 'Add C.V.' button within the Other C.V.s section to add a Word or PDF file.
