I Haven’t Heard Back From an Employer. How Do I Know My Application Was Received?

Immediately after filling out your application for a job listing and clicking the 'Send Application' button, you will be redirected to the Confirmation page saying that your application has been sent. You will also receive a confirmation email notifying you that your documents have been sent. 

Waiting for communication from the employer after applying for a job, can be an anxious time. MegaJobs.co.nz believes all job seekers deserve the respect of having their application acknowledged by the employer. We encourage job seekers to follow-up with employers if they haven’t heard back a week after the job listing has closed. It’s important to keep checking your phone and emails in case the employer contacts you.
