MegaJobs.co.nz makes communicating with candidates easy. To do so, we have created six email templates for use in candidate management to simplify the hiring process.
To send an email to an applicant, navigate to The Business Hub located at the top of the website. From the Current Listings tab, click the 'View Applicants' button on any job listing and choose the applicant you would like to contact by clicking their name. You can then either send a pre-written template email or you can contact them directly using the details provided in the Contact tab.
MegaJobs.co.nz email templates include:
- Acknowledge Applicant
- Shortlist Applicant
- Unsuccessful
- Schedule Interview
- Request References
- Custom Email
All our email templates can be personalised, using pre-filled reference fields that you can access by clicking the Insert Reference box, within the email template.
You can keep track of all your candidate communications from The Business Hub.
