How Do I View Candidates Whose Skills Match My Job?

With MegaJobs.co.nz, it's possible to view matching candidates for the role you're listing.

To view matching candidates, navigate to The Business Hub located at the top of the website and within the Current Listings tab, click the 'Matching Profiles' button on any job listing. Then you can read through any Employer Introductions and invite candidates to apply. It is also possible to view candidate's skills if they have a MegaJobs C.V. by clicking the 'View Skills' button.
