How Do I Invite Matching Candidates to Apply for My Job?

If you've been matched with candidates, that's great! Now you will need to invite them to apply.

To invite matching candidates to apply, navigate to The Business Hub located at the top of the website and within the Current Listings tab, click the 'Matching Profiles' button. Then, simply click the 'Invite to Apply' button on any matching candidate. There are no restrictions on the number of candidates you can invite to apply for your position. 

So for any candidates whose Employer Introduction or skills appeal to you, we encourage you to invite them to apply. Inviting candidates to apply prompts them to complete your application form, attach their full C.V. and include a cover letter.
